Data Deletion Instructions

TechHost Live Chat respects your privacy and gives you control over your data. This page explains how to
request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
What Data We Store
When you interact with a business using our Live Chat service through Facebook Messenger, we may store:
- Your Facebook user ID (PSID - Page Scoped ID)
- Your name and profile picture (as provided by Facebook)
- Messages exchanged with the business
- Conversation history and timestamps
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Remove App Access from Facebook
- Go to your Facebook
Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "TechHost Live Chat" in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
- Your data will be automatically queued for deletion
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
Send a data deletion request to our support team:
- Email: privacy@techhost.net
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include: Your Facebook name or email address associated with the account
⚠️ Important: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes all
conversation history with businesses using our platform.
Data Deletion Timeline
- Request acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
- Data deletion: Within 30 days
- Confirmation email: Sent upon completion
What Happens After Deletion
- Your profile information is permanently removed
- Your message history is deleted from our systems
- You can still use our service - a new profile will be created if you message again
